1. Professional Status and Practice Location
I offer private, confidential psychotheraputic counselling, and social-work-informed support to adults, adolescents, and families.
My practice works with clients in Israel and the United Kingdom, offering services in person, where applicable, and via secure online platforms, depending on location, suitability, and availability.

2. Professional Registration – United Kingdom
I am registered in the United Kingdom as a Social Worker with Social Work England.
Social Work England Registration Number: SW164090
Where services are provided to clients located in the United Kingdom, they are delivered under my Social Work England registration and in accordance with applicable UK professional standards, safeguarding requirements, and data protection law.

3. Counselling and Psychotherapy Membership
In relation to my counselling, CBT and psychotheraputic work, I am a Senior Member of ACCPH.

These memberships do not constitute statutory regulation.
4. Israel
I work with clients in Israel; however, my licensing process in Israel is currently ongoing.
Until that process is complete, nothing on this website should be understood as stating that I am licensed or regulated in Israel. This website will be updated once my licensing status in Israel is finalised.
All services are offered only where appropriate, lawful, and within the scope of my training, qualifications, and current professional status.
5. Jurisdiction and Service Location
Clients are responsible for informing me of their physical location at the time of service delivery, as this may affect jurisdiction, safeguarding responsibilities, and the availability of services.
Where services are provided to clients located in the United Kingdom, those services are subject to applicable UK law and the professional standards of Social Work England and ACCPH.
Where services are provided outside the United Kingdom, availability will depend on legal, regulatory, insurance, and professional considerations relevant to the client’s location.
6. Scope of Services
Services may include:
- Psychotherapeutic interventions
- Counselling
- CBT-informed interventions
- Therapeutic support
- Social-work-informed support
All services are delivered within the scope of my training, qualifications, and current professional status.
7. Professional Indemnity Insurance
I maintain cross border professional indemnity insurance appropriate to my current areas of practice.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Client information is handled in accordance with applicable confidentiality and data protection requirements, including UK data protection law where relevant.

9. Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided, you are encouraged to raise concerns directly with me in the first instance.
Where services are provided under my Social Work England registration (Social work support / consultancy only), clients may also refer concerns to Social Work England.
Where services provided are covered under my membership of ACCPH then an individual who has received therapeutic or coaching services from an ACCPH member can also make a complaint to ACCPH. ACCPH defines additional parties that can bring complaints as being:
- a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a child under 16
- a representative acting on behalf of an adult lacking mental capacity (with appropriate evidence)
- Complaints must be supported by first-hand, verifiable evidence. Hearsay cannot be accepted.

10. Limitation of Service
Services provided are therapeutic and supportive in nature and do not constitute emergency medical care, psychiatric treatment, or crisis intervention.
