Dedicated to Supporting Emotional Wellbeing

About Me

I am a registered social worker and counsellor offering counselling, therapeutic social work, and independent social work consultancy to adults, adolescents, and families.

My work supports people through emotional, psychological, relational, and life challenges in a way that is trauma-informed, respectful, and grounded in genuine human connection. I offer a professional and confidential space shaped by empathy, curiosity, and care.

My therapeutic practice is rooted in relational and reflective counselling and may draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused methods where appropriate. Across all of my work, I am committed to human rights and to respecting each person’s unique lived experience.

I am registered with Social Work England and practise in line with UK professional standards in relation to my social work services. I am also a Senior Member of ACCPH in relation to my counselling practice.

How I Work

My therapeutic practice is rooted in relational and reflective counselling and may also draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused methods, and trauma-informed practice where appropriate. I offer a professional, confidential, and non-judgmental space, centred on understanding each person’s lived experience and supporting meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is paced, thoughtful, and grounded in careful attention to safety, boundaries, trust, and emotional regulation.

I have particular experience supporting people navigating complex or long-standing trauma, intense emotions and relational difficulties, neurodiversity, dementia or cognitive change, mental health challenges that do not fit neatly into categories, adjusting to life in a new country, caregiving stress, loss, major life transitions, and adolescent or family-related challenges.

Experience & Background

Experience & Background

I hold an MA in Social Work and bring over 15 years of professional experience across legal advocacy, mental health, and safeguarding.

My social work training and placements were in statutory-equivalent adult services in the UK. This included complex adult social work and therapeutic work with individuals affected by trauma, dementia, mental health difficulties, and intergenerational trauma.

Before qualifying as a social worker, I worked for many years as a lawyer in the UK. This continues to inform my work, particularly in relation to ethics, capacity, risk, advocacy, and supporting people within complex systems.

I work with adults, adolescents, and families in both the UK and Israel, offering counselling, therapeutic social work, and independent social work consultancy in person and remotely.

I am a Senior Member of ACCPH in relation to my counselling work. I am a member of The Israel Association of Mental Health Professionals and I am also registered with Social Work England and practise in line with UK professional standards in relation to my social work services.
