Free introductory call — up to 15 minutes

You can request a free introductory call using the booking form below. This is a brief opportunity to ask questions about my services and discuss whether working together may be suitable.

It is not a therapy session or assessment. Calls last up to 15 minutes, and each request is subject to confirmation.

Call times: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10:00 am or 1:30 pm UK time.

Alternatively, use the enquiry form to tell me briefly what support you are looking for and which country you will be in for sessions. We can then discuss suitability, availability and fees. Please avoid sending detailed clinical information or documents.
