Dedicated to Supporting Emotional Wellbeing

About Me

I am a Registered Social Worker and Counsellor offering trauma-informed psychotheraputic counselling to adults, adolescents, and families. My work integrates relational and reflective psychotherapeutic counselling with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate emotional, psychological, and life challenges. I offer a professional, confidential, and empathetic space, grounded in respect, curiosity, and genuine human connection.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in relational and reflective psychotherapeutic counselling alongside Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused methods, and trauma-informed practice. I work with a strong commitment to human rights and with deep respect for each person’s unique lived experience.

I am registered with Social Work England and practise in line with UK professional standards. I am also a Senior Member of ACCPH in relation to my counselling and psychotherapy practice.

How I Work

My work integrates relational and reflective psychotherapeutic counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and clinical social work interventions. I provide a professional, confidential, and non-judgmental space, with a focus on understanding each person’s experience and supporting meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is paced, thoughtful, and grounded in careful attention to safety, boundaries, trust, and emotional regulation.

I have particular experience supporting people navigating complex or long-standing trauma, intense emotions and relational difficulties, neurodiversity, dementia or cognitive change, mental health challenges that do not fit neatly into boxes, adjusting to life in a new country, caregiving stress, loss, major life transitions, and adolescent or family-related challenges.

Experience & Background

Experience & Background

I hold an MA in Social Work and bring over 18 years of professional experience across legal advocacy, mental health, and safeguarding.

My social work training and placements were in statutory-equivalent adult services in the UK. This included complex adult social work and therapeutic work with individuals affected by trauma, dementia, mental health difficulties, and intergenerational trauma.

Before qualifying as a social worker, I worked for many years as a lawyer in the UK. This continues to inform my clinical work, particularly in relation to ethics, capacity, risk, advocacy, and supporting people within complex systems.

I work with adults, adolescents, and families in both the UK and Israel, offering private, confidential psychotheraputic counselling and clinical social work support in person and remotely.

I am a Senior Member of ACCPH in relation to my counselling and psychotheraputic work. I am also registered with Social Work England and practise in line with UK professional standards.
